体位处方表在孔源性视网膜脱离患者手术体位管理中的应用

Application effect of posture prescription sheet in the perioperative posture management of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

目的采用体位处方表在孔源性视网膜脱离患者围术期体位管理中的应用。方法本次研究中所纳入的研究对象为在本院住院手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割加硅油填充术患者90例,选取的时间段为2019年1月至12月,按随机数字表法将研究对象分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组男20例、女25例,年龄(54.51±9.81)岁;观察组男32例、女13例,年龄(54.36±10.55)岁。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上采用体位处方表进行体位管理。观察两组患者各项临床指标情况以及护理满意度评分情况。结果观察组被动体位正确率[93.33%(42/45)比77.78%(35/45)]、体位依从率[91.11%(41/45)比64.44%(29/45)]均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),高眼压发生率[13.33%(6/45)比55.56%(25/45)]、角膜水肿发生率[4.44%(2/45)比31.11%(14/45)]均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度评分明显高于对照组[(95.02±2.19)分比(88.80±5.03)分],两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-71.380,P<0.001)。结论对孔源性视网膜脱离行玻璃体切割加硅油填充术患者,采用体位处方表进行体位管理,效果显著,有助于提高患者被动体位依从性,降低不良反应发生率,提升护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of posture prescription sheet in the perioperative posture management of patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods From January to December 2019,90 patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with vitrectomy and silicone oil filling in our hospital were divided into two groups with the random number table:a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).In the control group,there were 20 males and 25 females,with an age of(54.51±9.81)years old;in the observation group,there were 32 males and 13 females,with an age of(54.36±10.55)years old.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given posture management based on posture prescription sheet.The clinical indicators and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were recorded.Results The accuracy of passive posture and posture compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[93.33%(42/45)vs.77.78%(35/45),91.11%(41/45)vs.64.44%(29/45)](both P<0.05);the incidences of intraocular hypertension and corneal edema of the observation group were lower than those of the control group[13.33%(6/45)vs.55.56%(25/45),4.44%(2/45)vs.31.11%(14/45)](both P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(95.02±2.19)points vs.(88.80±5.03)points](t=-71.380,P<0.001).Conclusions For patients with rhegmatogenous retinal detachment treated with vitrectomy and silicone oil filling,posture management based on posture prescription sheet has significant effects,which can improve patients'passive posture compliance,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve nursing satisfaction,worthy of clinical application.
