摘要
干熄焦本体钢结构为承受动荷载的全栓接框架结构,其施工要求比常规钢框架结构高,因此必须对其采取有针对性的工艺措施,才能实现本体钢结构的施工目标。本文针对本体钢结构的施工特性,从前期施工策划、工厂化生产、流水施工等方面展开论述,总结了保证制作安装精度、提高施工效率、优化施工成本以及保障作业安全的工艺技术措施。工程实践表明:通过制作和安装相互协调的工艺手段,可实现本体钢结构的施工目标,为干熄焦系统的安全平稳运行奠定基础。
The main steel structure of CDQ is a fully bolted frame structure that bears dynamic loads, and its construction requirements are much higher than that of conventional steel frame structures. Therefore, targeted process measures must be taken to achieve the construction goals of the main steel structure. Based on the construction characteristics of the main steel structure, the pre-construction planning, factory production, streamlined construction, etc. are discussed in this article, and the technological measures to ensure the accuracy of production and installation, improve construction efficiency, optimize construction costs, and ensure operational safety are summarized. Engineering practice shows that the construction goals of the main steel structure can be achieved through coordinated manufacturing and installation of technological means, laying the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the CDQ system.
