摘要
为筛选适宜金沙江干热河谷地区种植的苜蓿品种,2013—2016年在金沙江干热河谷区对赛迪5号、赛迪7号、6010紫花苜蓿、WL525HQ、维多利亚5个紫花苜蓿品种(系)进行了品种比较试验。结果表明:6010紫花苜蓿综合性状优良,一是其稳产性、丰产性表现较好,3年平均鲜、干草产量变异系数最小,分别为7.71%、5.90%;3年平均鲜、干草产量最高,每100平方米的产量分别为1068.90 kg和269.13 kg,较赛迪5号、赛迪7号、维多利亚、WL525HQ分别增加了1.70%、5.13%、7.05%、3.58%和2.22%、4.54%、8.83%、2.04%。二是其粗蛋白含量较高、营养品质好,6010紫花苜蓿粗蛋白含量20.30%,极显著高于赛迪7号和WL525HQ(P<0.01),显著高于赛迪5号(P<0.05);干物质、无氮浸出物分别为95.72%、50.68%,均极显著高于其他4个品种(P<0.01);水分、酸性洗涤纤维分别为4.29%、25.41%,均极显著低于其他4个品种;灰分含量8.62%,极显著高于赛迪5号和WL525HQ(P<0.01);粗脂肪含量2.12%,显著高于WL525HQ和维多利亚(P<0.05)。隶属函数分析表明,6010紫花苜蓿隶属函数值最高,能够较好地适应金沙江干热河谷地区的自然环境条件,适宜在该区推广种植。
The purpose of this study was to screen the suitable alfalfa varieties for planting in the dry-hot valley region of Jinsha River.From 2013 to 2016,five alfalfa varieties(lines)were compared in the dry-hot valley region of Jinsha River.The results showed that the comprehensive characters of 6010 alfalfa were excellent.Firstly,the performance of stable yield and high yield was good.The variation coefficients of the 3-year average fresh and hay yield was the lowest,7.71%and 5.90%(respectively).The average fresh and hay yield in 3 years were high,1068.90 kg and 269.13 kg per 100 m2.The 6010 alfalfa increased 1.70%,5.13%,7.05%,3.58%and 2.22%,4.54%,8.83%,2.04%compared with Sadie 5,Sadie 7,Victoria and WL525HQ,respectively.Secondly,the content of crude protein was high and the nutritional quality was good.The crude protein of 6010 alfalfa was extremely significantly higher than Sadie 7 and WL525HQ,and significantly higher than Sadie 5,with a value of 20.30%.The dry matter and nitrogen-free extracts were significantly higher than the other 4 varieties,which were 95.72%and 50.68%.The water content and acid detergent fiber were significantly lower than the other 4 varieties,which were 4.29%and 25.41%.The ash content was significantly higher than Sadie 5 and WL525HQ,with a value of 8.62%.The crude fat content was significantly higher than WL525HQ and Weiduoliya(2.12%).The analysis of membership function showed that 6010 alfalfa had the highest membership function value,which could adapt to the natural environment conditions of the dry-hot valley of Jinsha River,and it was suitable for planting in this area.
