二甲双胍片联合格列吡嗪或西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Metformin combined with Glipizide or Sieglitine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪或西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)控制不佳的临床效果及安全性。方法:将2020年6月至2020年12月日广东省新兴县人民医院诊治的T2DM控制不佳患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,分别给予二甲双胍联合格列吡嗪和二甲双胍联合西格列汀治疗12周,比较两组治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、C肽、尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(ACR)及不良反应发生率。结果:与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血糖、HbA1C、尿ACR均明显下降,C肽明显升高,P均<0.05;但观察组治疗后较对照组改变更明显(P均<0.05)。观察组低血糖发生率及总不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍片联合西格列汀治疗T2DM控制不佳的临床效果显著优于二甲双胍片联合格列吡嗪,且安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of metformin combined with glipizide or sieglitine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)controlled poorly. Methods:60 patients with T2 DM controlled poorly were divided into control group and observation group from Jun 2020 to Dec 2020,accepted metformin combined with glipizide and metformin combined with sieglitine respectively for 12 weeks,each group was 30 cases. The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin level(HbA1 C),C-peptide,the ratio of urinary albumin to urinary creatine(urinary ACR)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results:Compared with the before treatment,the blood glucose,HbA1 C urinary ACR were significantly lower,while the C-peptide were significantly higher in both group,P<0.05. After the treatment,all the above indictors in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,all (P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia and total adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group( both P<0.05). Conclusions:The clinical effect and the safety of metformin combined with sieglitine in the treatment of T2 DM controlled poorly is significantly better than that of metformin combined with glipizider.
