TRAD授课模式在中学生进行心肺复苏培训的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨TRAD授课模式在中学生进行心肺复苏(CPR)培训的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月广州市增城区两所中学的同年级中学生1000人为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组各500人,分别按常规培训和联合TRAD授课模式,比较两组理论和实操成绩、心肺复苏相关知识知晓率、自主学习能力。结果:与对照组比较,实验组培训后理论和实操成绩、CPR相关知识知晓率、自主学习能力均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:中学生CPR培训中,TRAD授课模式的效果更好。 Objective:To explore the effect of trad teaching mode in the training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in middle school students.Methods:1000 middle school students from two middle schools in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou from Mar 2020 to Mar 2021 were divided into the control group(n=500)and experiment group(n=500),trainedin routine way and trad teaching mode respectively.The theoretical results,practical performance,knowledge awareness rate and autonomous learning ability of CPR were compared between the two groups.Results:Comparedwith the control group,the theoretical results,practical performance,knowledge awareness rate and autonomous learning ability of CPRwere significantly higher in the experiment group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The trad teaching mode is an effective mode in the training of CPR in middle school students.
