应急语言服务人才培养体系建构探究

A Study of the Construction of Personnel Training System under the Perspective of Emergency Language Services

随着人类命运共同体倡议的逐步推进,世界各国在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中团结合作,携手战疫,彰显了语言救援的“战斗力”,凸显了应急语言服务的迫切性和重要性。国内外学者从理论架构与翻译实践等方面对应急语言服务相关问题进行了较为全面地分析讨论,但应急语言人才培养仍缺乏体系,相关人才储备方面仍有较大进步空间。文章通过对国内外应急语言服务及外语人才培养体系相关方案进行梳理、评析,从应急语言人才培养目标、培养模式、课程建构、实训实践四个方面探索建构应急语言人才培养体系的可能性,提出应急语言人才培养的可行性方案,以期为建立健全应急语言体制机制、服务国家语言战略发展、提升国际竞争力提供有效人才支撑。

As the initiative of a community of shared future for mankind gradually proceeding,language assistance plays an important role in fighting against COVID-19 for all countries around the world,which highlights the urgency and importance of language services for public emergencies.Scholars at home and abroad have made comprehensive studies on this issue from the aspects of theoretical framework and translation practice.However,the relevant system for personnel training remains in an incomplete condition,and there is a huge progress to be made.By analyzing the domestic and overseas programs of emergency language services and foreign languages personnel training,this paper probes into the feasibility plan for constructing a system of emergency language personnel training along the following four dimensions,i.e.training goals,training modes,curriculum construction,and practical training.The paper aims at providing human resources in support of building an improved system and mechanism for emergency language,promoting the development of the national strategic language,and enhancing Chinese international competitiveness.
