贵州省一起古巴裸盖菇中毒事件的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查贵州省榕江县一起毒蘑菇中毒事件,明确中毒原因,为贵州省毒蘑菇中毒防控积累经验和提供借鉴。方法开展流行病学调查、收集病例临床资料,对可疑野生蘑菇标本开展形态学和分子生物学鉴定。结果本起事件共发病5人,罹患率为100.0%,病例主要临床症状为视物模糊、呼之不应等神经症状并伴有腹胀、恶心、呕吐等胃肠道症状。可疑野生蘑菇经形态学和分子生物学鉴定为古巴裸盖菇(Psilocybe cubensis)。结论此次中毒事件为村民误采误食古巴裸盖菇所引起,提示要加强毒蘑菇中毒的宣传教育,防止此类事件再次发生。 Objective To investigate a wild mushroom poisoning case and identify the risk factors of it in Rongjiang county,Guizhou province,and accumulate the experience and provide the reference for prevention and control of mushroom poisoning in Guizhou province.Methods Epidemiological investigation was carried,clinical data of patients were collected,and morphology and molecular biology were conducted to analyze the suspicious wild mushroom specimens.Results There were 5 people in this incident,and the attack rate was 100.0%.The main clinical symptoms of patients were blurred vision,unconsciousness,and other neurological symptoms,accompanied by abdominal distension,nausea,vomiting,and other gastrointestinal symptoms.The mushroom was identified as Psilocybe cubensis by morphology and molecular biology.Conclusion The poisoning incident was caused by villagers accidentally ingesting the poisonous mushroom,Psilocybe cubensis,which suggests the need to strengthen the propaganda and education of mushroom poisoning and prevent the further occurrence of such incidents.
