摘要
针对一台大功率交流传动电力机车牵引系统联调试验时发生的牵引电机定子绕组温升偏高问题,分别从梳理试验数据、审核技术设计、分析影响因素、设计优化方案和验证该优化方案5个方面,进行了原因分析和优化改进。
The over temperature-rise of traction motor stator winding founded during the join debugging the traction system of a large power AC electric locomotives is analyzed. Causes to the over temperature-rise and optimized measures are described through five aspects of combing & summarizing test data, reviewing technical design, analyzing influencing factors, designing and verifying optimization scheme.
