银芪合剂治疗高位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合情况的临床研究

Study of Yinqi Mixture in the Treatment of Wound Healing of High Perianal Abscess after Surgery

目的研究银芪合剂治疗高位肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的作用。方法选择高位肛周脓肿患者60例,按照随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组各30例。两组患者均采取高位肛周脓肿一次性根治术。治疗组患者在术后第3日开始口服银芪合剂,对照组患者在术后第3日开始口服维生素C片,两组患者均连服14 d。比较两组患者术后不同时间段疼痛评分、创面巨噬细胞数量、创面pH值及创面面积。结果治疗组治疗后第7日和第14日疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后第14日创面巨噬细胞数量均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后第14日创面pH值低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后30 d创面面积小于对照组(P<0.05),且创面愈合时间为(42.90±7.18)d,短于对照组的(49.67±8.31)d(P<0.05)。结论银芪合剂可减轻高位肛周脓肿患者术后痛苦,增加创面巨噬细胞数量,酸化创面,促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective:To observe the effect of Yinqi Mixture on wound healing of high perianal abscess after surgery.Methods:60 patients with high perianal abscess were selected and divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table.The surgical procedure of the two groups was a one-time radical resection of high perianal abscess.The patients in the treatment group started taking Yinqi Mixture on the 3 rd day after surgery,and the control group started taking vitamin C tablets on the 3 rd day after surgery.Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days.The pain scores,the number of wound macrophages,the pH value of the wound and the wound area were compared between the two groups at different time periods after surgery.Results:The pain scores on the 7 th and 14 th day after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the number of macrophages on the wound surface in the treatment group was higher than that on the 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05);the wound pH of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group on the 14 th day after treatment(P<0.05);the wound area of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of treatment group with(42.90±7.18)d was shorter than that of control group with(49.67±8.31)d(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinqi Mixture can relieve postoperative pain of patients with high perianal abscess,increase the number of wound macrophages,acidify the wound,promote wound healing,and shorten the wound healing time.
