摘要
本文建立了两相泵流体回路,设计了可视化分布式射流沸腾实验测试段,研究了针肋表面上不同热流密度下的汽泡动力学特性。结果表明:汽泡率先在回流孔正下方区域产生,随着热流密度的提高向射流孔下方扩展,在核态沸腾中后期,会出现沸腾不稳定,并且伴随进出口压力的大幅波动,但当进一步提高热流密度后,沸腾重新回归到稳定状态。
In this paper,an experimental setup of pump driven closed loop is built up,and a visualization test section of a distributed jet array impingement boiling on a pin fin surface is fabricated to investigate the bubble dynamics under different heat fluxes.It is found that the bubbles are at first generated under effusion holes and then extended towards jet holes with the increasing of heat flux.At a certain high heat flux,two-phase flow instability occurs,accompanied by the large fluctuations of inlet and outlet pressures.It however returns to be stable in the later stage of nucleate boiling.
