摘要
本文通过观察液滴在电场作用下撞击不同温度的超疏水表面时的凝固相变行为以及运动特性。实验发现,当壁面温度一定时,随着电场强度的增加,液滴撞击表面的最大铺展系数无明显变化,同时液滴回缩拉伸出现了三种分裂模式,当电场强度较低时,出现珠状分裂;随着电场强度的增加,出现过度状态,进而出现丝网分裂;当电场强度足够大时,整个液滴直接反弹。当电场强度一定时,随着壁面温度的降低,液滴撞击表面的最大铺展系数无明显变化,撞击后液滴拉升高度变化不大,但反弹高度随壁面温度的降低而降低。
In this paper,experiments were carried out to study the mechanism of water impinging on subcooled and superhydrophobic surface.Experiments result shows that there is no obvious change in the maximum spreading coefficient under different electric fields.There were three modes in the splitting of droplets after spreading.When the electric field was relatively low,droplets split like beads.With the increase of the electric field,droplets split like threads.When the electric field is high enough,droplets rebounded after impinging the surface directly.On the other hand,there still is no obvious change in the maximum spreading coefficient under different subcooled degree.The maximum tensileheight changed little.However,the rebounding-height decreased with the increase of subcooled degree.
