摘要 目的探讨3D Slicer软件评估脑积水术后早期疗效的价值。方法2017年1月至2020年10月前瞻性收集符合标准的脑积水共80例。术前和术后1、7 d,采用3D Slicer法测量侧脑室体积,CT测量侧脑室额角宽度(FHW)。结果术前侧脑室体积为(76.86±25.25)ml,术后1 d为(52.86±17.28)ml,术后7 d为(37.86±16.31)ml;术后1、7 d侧脑室体积均明显缩小(P<0.05)。术前FHW为(5.59±1.02)cm,术后1 d为(5.35±0.81)cm,术后7 d为(4.76±0.66)cm;术后1 d的FHW无明显变化(P>0.05),术后7 d的FHW明显减小(P<0.05)。结论对于手术治疗的脑积水病人,3D Slicer软件能在早期发现侧脑室体积变化,在判断疗效、准确告知病情方面有积极作用。 Objective To explore the value of 3 D Slicer software in evaluating the early postoperative efficacy of patients with hydrocephalus.Methods Eighty patients with hydrocephalus were prospectively collected from January 2017 to October 2020.3 D Slicer software was used to measure the lateral ventricle volume and CT images were used to measure the frontal horn width(FHW)before operation,1 and 7 days after operation.Results The volume of lateral ventricle before operation[(76.86±25.25)ml]was signifcantly larger than that[(52.86±17.28)ml]1 day after operation(P<0.05),which was signifcantly larger than that[(37.86±16.31)ml]7 days after operation(P<0.05).The FHW before operation[(5.59±1.02)cm]did not significantly differ from that[(5.35±0.81)cm]1 day after operation(P>0.05),which was signifcantly wider than that[(4.76±0.66)cm]7 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions For hydrocephalus patients undergoing surgery,3 D Slicer software can detect lateral ventricle volume changes in the early postoperative period and has a positive effect on judging the curative effect and informing the patient’s condition accurately.
