烟雾病术后精准血压管理的临床应用体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结精准血压管理烟雾病(MMD)血流重建术后的应用经验。方法选取2019年1~10月手术治疗的100例MMD为对照组,2019年11月~2020年9月手术治疗的99例MMD为观察组。对照组术后采用常规管理,观察组术后采用精准血压管理。结果观察组脑高灌注综合征(CHS)发生率(1.01%,1/99)和脑梗死发生率(4.04%,4/99)明显低于对照组[分别为7.00%(7/100)和10.00%(10/100);P<0.05]。结论精准血压管理可以有效降低MMD术后CHS和脑梗死发生率。
