2016―2019年达州市颅脑外伤存活司机创伤后成长状况及相关因素分析 被引量:6

Post-traumatic growth status and related factors of surviving Dazhou network car drivers with craniocerebral trauma from 2016 to 2019

摘要 目的调查四川省达州市网约车司机颅脑外伤存活病人创伤后成长状况,并对其影响因素进行分析。方法选择2016年2月至2019年3月在达州6个医院神经外科接受治疗的130例网约车司机颅脑外伤存活病人进行研究。采用问卷调查的方法,研究工具包括:自制一般情况问卷、汪际等修订的《创伤后成长评定量表》《大五人格量表简化版》《社会支持评定量表》。计量资料两两对比采用独立样本t检验,多组间比较采用单因素方差分析,多因素分析采用logistic回归分析。结果共发放调查问卷130份,回收有效问卷128份,回收率为98.46%。调查对象《创伤后成长评定量表》总分为(62.79±14.99)分,明显高于国内常模(P<0.05)。单因素分析结果显示性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况、预计康复时间、预计康复结局、家庭月收入、有无子女、居住地、社会支持、格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)及格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS)的不同网约车司机颅脑外伤存活者创伤后成长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示女性、预计康复时间0.6~1.0年或1年以上、预计需要长时间康复或残疾为网约车司机颅脑外伤存活者创伤后成长的危险因素,学历在初/高中及中专或大专及以上、已婚、家庭月收入3000~5000元或>5000元、有子女、社会支持≥33分、GCS≥8分、GOS≥4分为保护因素(P<0.05)。结论四川达州市网约车司机颅脑外伤存活病人创伤后成长整体情况较佳,其主要受性别、学历、婚姻状况、预计康复时间、预计康复结局、有无子女、社会支持、GCS评分、GOS评分的影响。 Objective To investigate the post-traumatic growth of patients with craniocerebral trauma who were the network car drivers,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 130 patients with craniocerebral trauma,who were treated in Dazhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2016 to March 2019,were enrolled in this study.A questionnaire survey was used to study.The research tools included self-made general situation questionnaire,revised"Post-traumatic Growth Assessment Scale"by Wang Ji,simplified version of Big Five Personality Scale,and"Social Support Assessment Scale".Two-two comparisons of measurement data were performed using independent sample t-test.One-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between groups,and logistic regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results A total of 130 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 128 valid questionnaires were collected,with a recovery rate of 98.46%.The total score of the Post-traumatic Growth Assessment Scale(PTGH)was(62.79±14.99),which was significantly higher than that of the domestic norm(P<0.05).Univariate analysis results showed that there were significant differences in post-traumatic growth of patients with different gender,age,education,marital status,estimated recovery time,expected rehabilitation outcome,monthly household income,with or without children,place of residence,social support,Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and Glasgow outcome scale(GGS)(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that female,expected rehabilitation time of 0.6-1.0 year or more,expected long-term rehabilitation or disability were the risk factors for the post-traumatic growth of survivors.The education background being junior/senior high school or technical secondary school or above,being married,monthly family income being 3000-5000 yuan or>5000 yuan and above,having children,social support≥3 points,GCS≥8 points,GOS≥4 points were protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall situation of post-traumatic growth of Dazhou network car drivers with craniocerebral trauma is good,which is mainly affected by gender,education,marital status,expected recovery time,expected outcome,having children or not,social support,GCS score and GOS score.
