摘要
通过一步水热法制备了L-半胱氨酸包覆ZnS(L-Cys-ZnS)微球,对水热反应的温度、水热反应时间、表面活性剂和硫源等实验条件进行了优化研究.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、荧光光谱对该微球的形貌和结构进行了表征,并对其荧光性能进行了研究.
L-cysteine-capped ZnS microsphere are prepared by hydrothermal process.The experimental conditions of hydrothermal reaction such as temperature,hydrothermal reaction time,surfactant and sulfur source were optimized.The morphology,and structure of ZnS microsphere were characterized by scan electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction spectrometry(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR),fluorescence spectrum,and the fluorescence property was studyed.
