摘要
为了解齐齐哈尔大学体育教育专业学生教育实习效果情况,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对齐齐哈尔大学体育教育专业2016级学生实习后的教学能力进行研究.结果表明,教育实习后,学生的教学设计能力、实施能力、教学评价能力都有不同程度的提高,学生的性别与教学能力的发展没有关联,专业排名前50%的学生在实习后教学能力提升要强于后50%的学生,在学校或校外培训机构担任助教或兼职教练的学生实习后教育提升能力要强于没有参加培训和兼职的学生.教育实习后,学生的教学能力有显著提升,说明齐齐哈尔大学体育教育专业实习工作效果显著,有成效.
In order to understand the educational practice effect of physical education students,using the methods of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,research on the teaching ability of class of 2016 students in Qiqihar University before and after the education internship.The results showed,after teaching practice,students'teaching design ability,implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability have been improved to varying degrees,there is no correlation between students′gender and the development of teaching ability,the teaching ability of the top 50%students is better than that of the bottom 50%students,the students who work as assistant or part-time coach in school or off campus training institutions have better ability of education promotion than those who do not participate in training or part-time coach.After teaching practice,the teaching ability of students has been improved significantly,which shows that the practice of physical education major in Qiqihar University is effective.
