甘蔗健康种苗一代种茎生产力分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用常规种茎种植甘蔗会导致甘蔗种性下降,病虫害积累,最终影响甘蔗产量。因此文章利用广西5个主栽糖料蔗品种(桂糖42号、桂糖46号、桂柳05136、桂糖49号和桂糖55号),在广西2个甘蔗主要栽培区的3个试验点进行脱毒组培苗一代种茎和常规种茎生产性能比较研究。结果表明,5个品种种植一代种茎的茎径和单茎重与种植常规种茎差异不显著,有效茎数、株高和产量均有不同程度的增加,其中桂糖42号、桂糖46号、桂柳05136和桂糖55号产量增加达显著水平。因此种植一代种茎对该5个糖料蔗品种有一定的增产作用。 Planting sugarcane with conventional stalks will lead to the decline of sugarcane quality,the accumulation of diseases and insect pests,and the yield of sugarcane willaffected finally.Therefore,in this paper,the production performance of virus-free tissue culture seedlings with first-generation stem and conventional stem were compared using five main sugarcane varieties(Guitang 42,Guitang 46,Guiliu 05136,Guitang 49,Guitang 55)in three main sugarcane cultivation areasin Guangxi.The results showed that there was no significant difference in stem diameter and single stem weight between first-generation stems and conventional stems,but number of millable canes,plant height and yield increased to different degrees,among which the yield of Guitang 42,Guitang 46,Guiliu 05136 and Guitang 55 increased to a significant level.Therefore,planting first-generation seed stems had positive improvement on the five sugarcane varieties.
