主体性视阈下职业教育扶贫的策略构想

Strategic Conception of Poverty Alleviation through Vocational Education from Subjectivity

贫困人口的主体性复归构成当前我国贫困治理理念嬗变的集中表现。职业教育是国家整体扶贫战略的重要组成部分,促进贫困人口主体性的发展不仅契合职业教育的价值旨趣,而且回应了我国扶贫领域的现实困境,因此构成职业教育贫困治理行动的逻辑起点。贫困人口主体性的发展包括三个维度:目的主体、动力主体与责任主体。实现三个维度的统一构成贫困人口主体性发展的应然之境。职业教育扶贫,要通过确立贫困人口主体性发展的合理地位、激活贫困人口主体性发展的自主意识、提升贫困人口主体性发展的内在能力、营造贫困人口主体性发展的有利环境,为贫困人口主体性发展创造条件。

The subjectivity return of the poor population constitutes the concentrated expression of the evolution of the concept of poverty governance in China at present.Vocational education is an important part of China's poverty alleviation strategy.Promoting the subjectivity development of the poor population not only accords with the vocational education's value,but also responds to the realistic dilemma of China's poverty alleviation field.Therefore,it is the logical starting point of poverty governance through vocational education.The subjectivity development of the poor population includes three dimensions:objectivity subject,motivation subject and responsibility subject.Realizing the unification of the three dimensions constitutes the necessary condition of the subjectivity development of poor population.There are four strategies for vocational education to create conditions for the subjectivity development of poor population.First is establishing the rational position of the subjectivity development of poor population.Second is activating the independent consciousness of the subjectivity development of poor population.Third is enhancing the inner ability of the subjectivity development of poor population.Fourth is creating a favorable environment for the subjectivity development of poor population.
