高职铁道工程技术专业顶岗实习与就业岗位工作偏差分析

The Analysis on the Work Deviation between Post Practice and Employment Post of Railway Engineering Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

铁道工程技术专业面向铁路工程施工和铁路运营维护两大岗位群,每个岗位群包含多个专业岗位,每个岗位需要从业人员同时兼备多种岗位技能。文章针对铁道工程技术专业,依据铁路企业对工务工程人才的需求类型,以强化技能、突出技能专长培养、适应企业工作环境为目标,探索技能加强式顶岗实习、专业拓展性顶岗实习、提前介入性顶岗实习、签约跟岗实习与校内生产型实训相结合,以适应铁路岗位人才的核心能力需求。

The major of railway engineering technology is geared to two post groups:railway engineering construction and railway operation and maintenance.Each post group contains multiple professional posts,and each post needs multiple post skills at the same time.According to the requirement types of engineering talents for railway enterprises,in order to strengthens the skills,train special skills and adapt to the enterprise working environment,this paper explores the training system combined the production training on campus with post practice of skill reinforcement,post practice of professional development,post practice of early intervention and post practice with a contract in order to adapt to the core competency requirements of railway post personnel.
