摘要
“双师型”教师队伍建设是我国高等职业教育改革与内涵建设的重要组成部分,也关系到学校人才培养的质量。文章从“双师型”教师专业发展的构成维度和特点入手,针对高职“双师型”教师专业发展存在的观念偏差、供给不足、发展后劲不足、科研乏力、考评和激励导向不明等问题,探索政府为主导、职业技术师范院校为载体、高职院校为依托、校企合作为平台的政校企协同创新培养路径。
The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is an important part of the reform and the connotation construction of higher vocational education in China,and it is also related to the quality of training talents.According to the constituent dimensions and characteristics of the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers,the article found that some problems are existing in the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as deviated concept,insufficient supply,insufficient development,weak scientific research,and unclear assessment and incentive guidance.It is suggested that the community between government,universities,colleges and enterprises be established,which is led by the government,supported by universities of technology and education,supported by higher vocational colleges,and based on school-enterprise cooperation.
