摘要
硅酸锂的水溶液具有优良的耐水、耐高温和耐干湿变化冲击性能,以及独有的自干性和不可再溶性,在防腐、建筑涂料和高级粘合剂方面有着广泛的用途。本实验以硅微粉、锂化合物为基础原料进行实验方案设计,研究不同的原料比例及用量、溶液浓度和热处理温度等对合成液体硅酸锂的影响。通过实验优化确定最佳工艺条件,运用相关分析测试手段对所得产物进行表征。
The aqueous solution of lithium silicate has excellent water resistance,high temperature resistance and impact resistance to dry and wet change,as well as its unique self-drying and non-dissolvability,and has a wide range of applications in anticorrosion,architectural coatings and high-grade adhesives.The experiment is designed with silicon powder and lithium compound as the basic materials.The effects of different proportion and dosage of raw materials,dosage of additives,concentration of solution and heat treatment temperature on synthesis of liquid lithium silicate were studied.The optimum technological conditions were determined by experiment optimization,and the products were characterized by correlation analysis.
