复杂造型建筑落地式超高超跨支模架的设计与施工

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF FLOOR-TYPE SUPER-HIGH AND SUPER SPAN FORMWORK WITH COMPLEX BUILDING SHAPE

某商住楼施工中,针对建筑造型复杂、外挑悬梁多、钢桁架难以整体提升等难点,采用落地式满堂起高支模架搭设平台,在平台上进行钢桁架散件安装的方案,应用工具式盘扣支撑架结合B1M技术保证了施工安全,圆满地完成了钢桁架施工。

In the construction of a commercial and residential building,the floor-type full-hall super-high formwork is used to set up the platform in view of the difficulties such as complex architectural modeling,many cantilevered beams and difficulty in integral lifting of steel truss,the scheme of installing steel truss parts on the platform is adopted,and tool type coil buckle support combined with BIM technology is applied,which ensures construction safety,and successfully completes construction of steel truss.
