摘要
在钢结构和轻钢龙骨隔墙体系中采用螺柱焊工艺,利用瞬时电流将金属构件表面熔化成熔池将螺柱焊钉有效连接,从而实现轻钢龙骨与钢结构的高效施工。该工艺可广泛应用于钢构件上采用螺栓连接的建造体系,其效果质量可靠、工期节省、成本下降、安鉀保。
Stud welding technology is used in steel structure and light steel keel wall,and stud welding process can make surface of metal melt into a molten pool by instantaneous current to effectively connect stud and the metal,so as to realize efficient construction of light steel keel wall and steel structure.The process can be widely used in the construction system with stud connections on steel members.Reliable quality,short construction period,lower cost,safety and environmental protection are achieved.
