摘要
我国实行工程项目经营承包管理制度以来,经过20余年的推广和完善,在提升建筑企业工程项目经营管控水平方面的作用日益凸显,在完善建筑企业激励机制调节职工收入分配方面具有积极意义。坚定不移地落实和完善项目经营承包管理制度,是实现建筑企业可舷高质量发展的必由没。
Since implementation of the engineering project contract management system in China,after more than 20 years of promotion and improvement,it has played an increasingly prominent role in improving management and control level of construction enterprises'engineering projects,and has positive significance in improving incentive mechanism of construction enterprises to regulate income distribution of employees.Firmly and inadequately implementing and perfecting the project contract management system is the only way to realize sustainable and high-quality development of construction enterprises.
