摘要
数字新闻创新性的重要变化之一,在于可视化从过往新闻文本的文字内容点缀逐渐成为数字新闻产品的核心叙事。在系统梳理这一变化的技术文化背景基础上,本研究重点分析了可视化作为数字新闻核心叙事的中国经验,归纳出九大类数字新闻可视化实践,以及如何通过滑屏和感官沉浸凸显出可视化新闻叙事的情感体验,并对可视化新闻叙事生成的"虚拟可导航空间"的特征和理论价值进行了前瞻性讨论。
One of the most important changes in digital journalism innovation is regarding the shifting role of visualization in news stories,from being supportive to texts to at the core of storytelling.Based on a systematic review of the techno-cultural background against which such transformations took place,this study focuses on analyzing the incorporation of visualization in news stories in China,identifying nine types of data visualization in digital journalistic practices and highlighting how visualization as the core storytelling mode in news appeals to emotion through involving the acts of screen scrolling and creating multi-sensory immersive experiences.The article concludes by discussing the features and theoretical implications of the’virtual navigable space’generated by data visualization news.
