傅山“心肾相依”治疗特色探讨

FU Shan′s Characteristic of “Heart-kidney Interdependence” Therapy

"心肾相交""水火既济"作为中医学的重要理论于明清时期日趋完善。傅山论治疾病重视心肾两脏之间的关系,提出"心肾相克而实相须"的"克中有生"的观点,主张"治肾正所以治心,治心即所以治肾"的"心肾相依"学术思想。傅山以"心肾相依"立论,创立多首方剂,临证论治妇人月经病、不孕、妊娠病、产后病,男子虚劳、遗精,以及呕吐、不寐等诸多疾病多有效验,为后世所推崇。

"Heart-kidney interaction" and "water-fire harmonization" as important theories of traditional Chinese medicine have became mature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. When treating diseases, FU Shan lays emphasis on the relationship between the heart and kidney and puts forward the "mutual promotion within restraint" theory meaning that"there is mutual promotion between heart and kidney though one restricts to the other";with the idea of "heart-kidney interdependence", he advocates that the treatment of the heart can help to treat the kidney and vice versa. Based on the "heart-kidney interdependence" theory, he develops many effective formulas in treating menstrual disease, infertility, pregnancy disease and postpartum disease, men′s fatigue and spermatorrhea, vomiting, insomnia and many other diseases.
