摘要
本文对EDR台架测试系统和方法进行研究,针对具体试验,提出了优化后的试验方案;分析了某车型EDR系统在四种标准波形台架冲击下的试验结果,结果表明此车型EDR系统在台架试验四种标准波形冲击下,均触发且存储了有效数据,能较为完整的记录冲击波形;当前EDR系统记录加速度分辨率为1g,导致低G值波形记录误差较大,有待进一步发展和完善。
In this paper,the bench test system and method of EDR are studied.According to the specific test,the optimized test matrix is presented.And four kinds of standard waveform are carried out for a vehicle EDR system.The results show that the EDR system equipped with this vehicle can be triggered and record effective acceleration data under the impact of four standard waveforms.At present,the resolution of EDR system recording acceleration is 1 g,which leads to large recording error of low G value waveform,which needs further development and improvement.
