汽车玻璃大面参数化设计方法研究

摘要 玻璃大面设计对于整车设计而言是至关重要的一步,可以说它决定了整车造型的风格,姿态,空间,实用性等等需求。本文详细分析并探讨了汽车玻璃大面设计的关键影响参数,并利用catia软件将各影响因素参数化,可视化。利用此方法,在车辆设计前期便可快速分析出设计出玻璃大面的可行性。主要具体参数有:1、双曲率玻璃面的大曲率半径R,小曲率半径r;2、人机内部空间目标值设定(前后排头部空间/前后排肩部肘部臀部空间)3、玻璃导轨螺旋引导线角度及螺距。在玻璃大面参数化正向开发设计中,相比传统设计方法,有更快速,更准确的优势,大幅缩短设计周期。并可在前期模型体量探讨阶段,设计制作出不同的玻璃大面,达到体量模型设计差异化的目的。更有利于体现设计师对不同设计风格的想法展现。 The car side glass surface design is a crucial step for the design of the whole vehicle.It can be said that it determines the style,stance,interior room space,practicality and other requirements of the whole vehicle.This paper analyzes and discusses in detail the key influencing parameters of the side glass-surface design of automobile,and uses Catia software to parameterize and visualize each influencing factor.Using this method,the feasibility of designing a side glass surface can be quickly analyzed in the early stage of vehicle design.The main specific parameters are:1.The large curvature radius R of the double curvature glass surface,the small curvature radius r;2.The target value setting of the human-machine internal space(front and rear head space/front and rear shoulders,elbows and hip room)3.The angle and pitch of the spiral guide line of the glass guide rail.Compared with traditional design methods,in the forward development and design of glass large-surface parameterization,it has the advantages of faster and more accurate,and shortens the design time.In the early stage of model volume discussion,different side glass surfaces can be designed and produced to achieve the purpose of differentiation of volume model design.It is conducive to better reflect the designer’s ideas of different design styles.
