企业双元创新对商业模式创新的影响——基于不同组织惯例更新水平的研究

Impact of Ambidextrous Innovation on Business Model Innovation:Under Different Levels of Organization Routine Updating

为促进企业有效开展商业模式创新以适应外部环境的变化,基于双元性理论,通过对276份企业调查数据所做的统计分析,探讨企业双元创新对其商业模式创新的影响以及组织惯例更新在其中的调节作用。得到以下结果:突破性创新对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响,渐进性创新有利于效率型商业模式创新,但对价值型商业模式创新具有阻碍作用;实现双元创新的平衡和互补均能促进商业模式创新;组织惯例更新在双元创新与商业模式创新之间具有正向调节作用。研究结论对企业管理者进行商业模式创新提供的管理启示包括:要根据所处环境和企业目标适时调整创新方式,在实践中注重双元创新的平衡和互补,以及充分重视组织惯例更新。

In order to promote enterprises to effectively carry out business model innovation to adapt to the changes of external environment,based on the duality theory,through the statistical analysis of 276 enterprise survey data,this paper discusses the impact of enterprise dual innovation on its business model innovation and the regulatory role of organizational routine update.The research results show that disruptive innovation has a significant positive impact on business model innovation,and incremental innovation is beneficial to the innovation of efficient business model,but hinders the innovation of value business model;the balance and complementarity of ambidextrous innovation have positive effects on business model innovation.;the organizational routine updating moderates the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and business model innovation.The management enlightenment for business model innovation of enterprise managers includes:the innovation mode should be timely adjusted according to the local environment and enterprise objectives,pay attention to the balance and complementarity of dual innovation in practice,and pay full attention to organizational routine updating.
