摘要
采用江西省2004—2018年相关数据和耦合模型,探讨江西农业产业结构和农业自然资源生态系统耦合协调度。研究发现:江西农业产业结构与农业自然资源生态系统协调发展水平总体呈周期性波动上升态势,经历了“轻度失调—濒临失调—低水平协调—良好协调—优质协调发展”等5个阶段,其中两系统在2004—2005年间处于中度协调下降状态,2006年之后处于良好协调波动上升状态,农业产业结构不断优化,但自然资源生态系统的消耗仍较大。研究结论显示,要促进江西省农业高质量发展,应构建绿色可持续发展模式,优化产业结构,践行“两山”理念,促进三产融合,适当加大财政投入,深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革,努力促使农业产业结构与农业自然资源生态系统趋于协调。
Based on the relevant data from 2004 to 2018 of Jiangxi province and coupling model,this paper discusses the coupling coordination degree of agricultural industrial structure and agricultural natural resources ecosystem in Jiangxi.The study finds that the coupling coordination degree of agricultural industrial structure and agricultural natural resources ecosystem in Jiangxi presents a fluctuating upward trend.From 2004 to 2005,it is in a moderate coordinated decline state,and after 2006,it is in a good coordinated fluctuation rising state,the industrial structure is continuously optimized,and the consumption of natural resources ecosystem is still large.The research conclusions show that,in order to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Jiangxi,it is necessary to build a green sustainable development model,optimize the industrial structure,practice the"two mountains"concept,promote the integration of the three industries,appropriately increase financial investment,and further promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply side,so as to make efforts to promote the coordination between the agricultural industrial structure and the agricultural natural resource ecosystem.
