互联网对企业知识创造过程的影响机制

摘要 基于互联网时代背景,从宏观层面的互联网技术、互联网平台、互联网思维3个方面分析互联网对企业知识创造过程的影响机制;在此基础上,借鉴创新价值链理论,从微观层面将企业知识创造价值链划分为知识创造、知识生成、绩效产出3个阶段,分别从互联网相关的基础设施资源、人力资源和关系资源等3种类型资源以及互联网整合能力、运用能力三方面探讨互联网资源和互联网运用能力在知识创造价值链不同阶段的作用。结果表明:互联网技术促进知识传播扩散与增值、提高知识资源利用效率,互联网平台促进创新主体发挥协同创新效应、提高知识创造活动供需匹配效率,互联网思维拓宽企业协同知识创造活动的深度与广度;在企业的知识创造阶段,3种类型互联网资源及其与环境动态性联合具有驱动作用,在知识生成阶段,互联网整合能力具有驱动作用,同时学习导向具有中介调节作用,而在绩效产出阶段,互联网应用能力具有触发提升企业知识创造绩效作用。 Based on the background of Internet era,this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Internet on the process of knowledge creation from macro level of three aspects:Internet technology,Internet platform and Internet thinking.On this basis,referring to the innovation value chain theory,the paper divides the value chain of enterprise knowledge creation into three stages:knowledge creation,knowledge generation and performance output from the micro level,respectively from three types of resources,including Internet related infrastructure resources,human resources and relationship resources,as well as the Internet application ability to discuss the role of Internet resources and Internet application ability in different stages of knowledge creation value chain.The results show that Internet technology promotes the diffusion and value-added of knowledge dissemination,improves the efficiency of knowledge resources utilization,Internet platform promotes the innovation subject to play the collaborative innovation effect,improves the efficiency of matching the supply and demand of knowledge creation activities,and Internet thinking broadens the depth and breadth of collaborative knowledge creation activities of enterprises;in the knowledge creation stage of enterprises,three types of Internet resources and their combination with environmental dynamics have driving effect,among them,in the knowledge generation stage,the Internet integration ability plays a driving role,while the learning orientation plays a mediating role,and in the performance output stage,the Internet application ability plays an important role in improving knowledge creation performance of the enterprises.
