知识产权保护视阈下我国中药专利研究现状及发展对策

Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patent Under Intellectual Property Protection

以知识产权保护为视角,通过大数据文本挖掘,利用词频分析、共词聚类分析等方法,对国内2011—2020年间中药专利研究领域的期刊文献进行分析。结果显示,国内中药专利研究可归纳为四大聚类:中药知识产权保护研究、中药复方的知识产权保护研究、中药专利质量研究和中药专利技术创新研究等。分析提出加强中药专利保护,不仅要形成中药各类技术领域的知识产权,同时也要运用知识产权强化中药技术的传承,以及开展中药知识产权保护研究等。

From the perspective of intellectual property protection,this paper analyzes the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)patent research from 2011 to 2020 through big data text mining and using word frequency analysis,co-word cluster analysis and other methods.The result shows that domestic researches on TCM patent could classify into four major clusters:TCM intellectual property protection research,TCM compound prescription intellectual property protection research,TCM patent quality research and TCM patent technology innovation research.The paper proposes that strengthening the protection of TCM patent should not only form the intellectual property rights in various technical fields,but also use the intellectual property rights to strengthen the inheritance of TCM technology,and protect and carry out the research of TCM intellectual property protection.
