摘要 以隔离开关关键零部件触头为研究对象,通过±60℃高低温试验平台,测试了±60℃环境温度下触头表面镀层特性、接触电阻等通流参数,建立数据统计理论模型,定性研究高低温对触头通流能力的影响。建立温度与触头镀银层磨损量和接触电阻的关系曲线,分析了触头镀银层和接触电阻随温度变化情况,研究了接触电阻增大的机理,并以此提出了减小磨损量的相关措施,为提高隔离开关通流能力的提升奠定理论基础。 Taking the contact of the key parts of disconnector as the research object,through the±60℃high and low temperature test platform,the through-current parameters of contact surface coating characteristics and contact resistance under±60℃ambient temperature were tested,and the data statistical theoretical model was established to qualitatively study the influence of high and low temperature on the current carrying capacity of contacts.The relationship curve between temperature and the wear amount of silver coating and contact resistance was established.The change of silver coating and contact resistance with temperature was analyzed.The mechanism of contact resistance increasing was studied.The relevant measures to reduce wear loss were put forward,which laid a theoretical foundation for improving the current capacity of disconnector.
