变压器油阀内置式传感器抽气安装方法 被引量:4

摘要 利用变压器油阀作为安装通道,将传感器探头伸入变压器箱体内部,与变压器油直接接触后耦合内部局部放电产生的电磁波信号,是目前已投运变压器局部放电内置式特高频传感器最常用的安装方式。目前主要用于开展带电检测、在线监测以及离线故障诊断性试验,也有用于交接耐压局部放电试验时的辅助性测量。笔者针对因安装不当导致空气进入变压器箱体内的现象,设计了一种变压器油阀内置式传感器抽气安装方法,可以实现"无空气进入变压器油箱内"工况下油阀内置式传感器的可靠安装,从而确保变压器油阀内置式传感器安装工作的可推广性、操作性和实用性。 Using the transformer oil valve as the installation channel and extending the sensor probe into the transformer tank to couple the electromagnetic wave signal generated by the internal partial discharge(PD)after directing contacting with transformer oil is the most common installation method of built-in transformer UHF sensor of partial discharge of the presently operated transformer.It is used presently not only for performing live detection,online monitoring and offline fault diagnostic test,but also for performing auxiliary measurement for handover withstand voltage PD test.In view of the phenomenon of air entering into the transformer tank due to improper installation,a kind of installation method using air extraction for built-in sensor of transformer oil valve is designed by the authors so to achieve reliable installation of the built-in sensor for the oil valve under the condition of"no air entering into the transformer oil tank"and thus assure the expandability,operability and practicality of the installation work of the built-in sensor of the transformer oil valve.
