微起爆序列设计及传爆与隔爆性能 被引量:6

摘要 为满足引信微小型化发展的需求,基于微机电系统(MEMS)工艺技术设计了由微起爆器、飞片、MEMS安全保险机构等构成的微起爆序列。依照国家军用标准GJB 5309.17—2004(K)火工品试验方法:轴向输出测定铝块凹痕法,对微起爆器装药、安全保险机构传爆空腔等参数不同时内置MEMS安全保险机构起爆序列的传爆性能进行测试,获得微起爆序列理想的设计参数,即微起爆器装药密度为1.67 g/cm3、装药直径为2.0 mm、装药高度为1.5 mm,安全保险机构传爆空腔直径为1.0~2.0 mm、高度为0.65~1.50 mm.在序列优化设计基础上对微起爆序列隔爆性能及解除保险功能进行测试,发现当滑块厚度≮0.3 mm时序列正常隔爆,发射过载21000 g、转速6000 r/min条件下序列正常解除保险。结果表明,利用安全保险机构传爆空腔作为加速膛,采用微起爆器驱动飞片冲击起爆下一级装药的爆轰能量放大方式,实现了序列传爆、隔爆、解除保险功能,有效减少了起爆序列初级装药量和轴向尺寸。 A micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)-based micro initiation train was designed to meet the development requirements of fuze miniaturization.It is consisited of micro initiator,flyer,and MEMS safety and arming device,etc.According to GJB 5309.17—2004(K),the detonation transfer performance of initiation train in MEMS safety and arming device was test to obtain the ideal design parameters of micro initiation train,namely,the charge desity of initiator of 1.67 g/cm3 and its charge size of2.0 mm×1.5 mm,and the diameter and height of booster cavity in safety and arming device are 1.0-2.0 mm and 0.65-1.5 mm,respectively.The test results show the initiation train can play a role of normal explosion-proof when the thickness of the slider is less than 0.3 mm,and the function of arming can be realized under the conditions of transmitting overload of 21000 g and rotating speed of 6000 r/min.The primary charge and axial dimension of initiation train are effectively reduced by using the booster cavity as accelerating chamber and the flyer initiation mode.
