城市三维房屋住宅管理平台开发的关键技术

Key Technologies on Developmengt of Urban Three-dimensional Housing Management Platform

近年来,房屋住宅区建设日益增多,国内大多数房管部门都建立了二维房屋管理平台,但随着房管部门信息化程度越来越高,房屋管理不断向立体化和规模化发展,如何将城市三维数据应用于房屋住宅管理,已成为热点应用之一。依托倾斜摄影技术构建城市三维实景模型,并建立房屋住宅应用模块,实现房屋住宅管理由二维向三维的转变,提高了房屋住宅管理水平。详细阐述三维房屋住宅管理平台的设计思路、平台架构、三维模型构建以及关键技术等,并介绍平台的应用情况。

The housing residential construction is increasing in recent years,the domestic most housing agency establishes a two-dimensional building management platform.However,as the informatization degree of housing agencies increases,housing management continues to develop in a three-dimensional and large-scale way.How to apply urban three-dimensional data to the housing housing management,has become one of hotspot applications.Based on the oblique photography technology,the three-dimensional real scene model of the city could be constructed,and the housing application module could be established to realize the transformation of housing management from two-dimensional to three-dimensional,which improves the level of housing management.In this paper,the design idea,platform architecture,three-dimensional model construction and key technologies of the 3D housing management platform were described in detail,and the application of the platform was also introduced.
