摘要 近年医疗纠纷事件增多,医患关系较紧张,医方服务态度欠佳被认为是引起医患矛盾的重要原因。而导致医方态度不佳的原因主要是医学院校对医德教育重视不够、医护人员压力较大、不良社会风气的影响和患方存在认知偏差。改善医方服务态度、构建和谐医患关系需要加强医学生的医德教育,推进医疗纠纷第三方调解,重视医护人员压力管理,加强与患方的沟通。 In recent years,medical disputes occur frequently and contradictions between doctors and patients is becoming more and more acute.Poor service attitude of medical departments is believed to be one of the important reasons for the contradictions.The reasons for poor service attitude might be the following.Firstly medical schools have failed to attach sufficient attention to professional ethics education in the training system of medical students.Secondly,there prove be increasing working pressure for medical staff who have been inevitably influenced by the harmful social atmosphere,etc.Thirdly,patients have more or less cognitive deviation.The solution to the above problems might be the following.There is need to strengthen medical ethics education,promote the third party's mediation of medical disputes and attach sufficient attention to the pressure management of the medical staff and improve the communication with patients so as to improve the service attitude of the medical staff and create harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
