合作学习对激发大学生运动兴趣的策略及心理成因 被引量:2

摘要 选取自愿参与体育合作兴趣小组的大学生120名,将研究对象分3组,以心理学理念植入作为研究自变量,探讨合作学习对大学生运动兴趣影响的心理成因。结果显示:以团队融冰、夸夸我自己、四度漫沟通为主题的团队合作项目为依托,以社会助长作用与社会抑制作用、马斯洛需要层次论、社会交换理论3个方面的相关理念知识作为体育合组兴趣小组的理念引导材料,对提升合作小组的体育锻炼兴趣有一定的积极作用。 A total of 120 college students who volunteered to participate in sports cooperative interest groups were selected.The research objects are divided into three groups.Taking psychological concept implantation as independent variable,to explore the psychological causes of the influence of cooperative learning on college students’interest in sports.The results show that based on the team cooperation project with the theme of team ice melting,boasting of oneself,and four degrees of communication,the team cooperation project is supported by the role of social facilitation and social inhibition function,Maslow’s need hierarchy theory and social exchange theory are three aspects of the concept knowledge as the concept guidance materials of the sports interest group,which have a certain positive role in promoting the sports exercise interest of the cooperation group.
