吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后肠道功能恢复的影响

Effects of External Application of Fructus Evodiae Ointment at Zusanli Point on Recovery of Intestinal Function after Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的:探讨吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴配合单纯超声治疗对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后肠道功能恢复的影响,以期获得一种促进腹腔镜阑尾切除术后胃肠功能恢复的简单、有效方法。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年11月于我院就诊的急性阑尾炎患者120例,所有患者均行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术。根据术后治疗方法,将120例患者分为实验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组行常规足三里单纯超声治疗,实验组在此基础上使用中药吴茱萸膏剂贴外敷足三里穴,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果:实验组患者的下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后第1天、第3天白细胞及中性粒细胞计数、术后首次排气时间、术后首次排便时间、引流管拔除时间和住院天数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:吴茱萸膏剂外敷足三里穴可以加快腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者胃肠功能的恢复,效果确切。

Objective:To investigate the effect of external application of Fructus Evodiae ointment at Zusanli point combined with ultrasound therapy on the recovery of intestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy,so as to obtain a simple and effective method to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:A total of 120 acute appendicitis patients in our hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were selected.All the patients underwent laparoscopic appendectomy.According to the postoperative treatment,the 120 patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Zusanli ultrasound treatment,and the experimental group applied Fructus Evodiae ointment externally at Zusanli point on the basis of the treatment of the control group,and the postoperative recovery was compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative off-bed time,bowel sound recovery time,white blood cell and neutrophil counts level at day 1 and day 3 after surgery,postoperative first exhaust time,postoperative first defecation time,drainage tube removal time and hospital stay time of patients in the experimental group were superior to those in the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Fructus Evodiae ointment at Zusanli point can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after laparoscopic appendectomy.
