西甲硅油不同使用途径在结肠镜检查中的作用分析

The Effect of Different Ways of Using Simethicone in Colonoscopy

目的:探讨西甲硅油不同使用途径在结肠镜检查中的作用。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年9月于我院进行结肠镜检查的患者214例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组107例。对照组在结肠镜检查前给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散和西甲硅油乳剂30 mL,观察组在结肠镜检查前给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散和西甲硅油乳剂15 mL,余下的15 mL西甲硅油乳剂用于结肠镜检查时喷洒。对比两组患者肠道清洁程度、肠道内泡沫情况以及结肠镜检查时间。结果:两组患者肠道清洁程度、结肠镜检查时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者肠道内祛泡效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西甲硅油半量用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备,半量用于结肠镜检查中喷洒,祛泡效果优于全量用于肠道准备,有利于结肠镜检查时的视野清晰。

Objective:To explore the effect of different ways of using simethicone in colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 214 patients undergoing colonoscopy in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 107 cases in each group.The control group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder and simethicone emulsion 30 mL before colonoscopy,and the observation group was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder and simethicone emulsion 15 mL before colonoscopy,and the remaining 15 mL of simethicone emulsion was used for spraying during colonoscopy.The cleanliness of the intestines,the intestinal foam condition and the time taken for colonoscopy were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference in intestinal cleanliness and the time taken for colonoscopy between the two groups(P>0.05).The intestinal foam condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The defoaming effect of using half amount of simethicone for bowel preparation before colonoscopy and using the other half amount of simethicone for spraying during colonoscopy is better than using the full amount of simethicone for bowel preparation,which is conducive to clear vision during colonoscopy.
