耐高温针刺过滤毡的催化剂负载工艺及性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了通过浸渍法将二元Mn-Ce催化剂负载到3种耐高温针刺过滤毡上的工艺,并以负载牢度和负载率表征催化剂负载到针刺过滤毡表面的效果。确定了在耐高温针刺过滤毡上负载二元Mn-Ce催化剂的最佳工艺,包括Mn、Ce元素摩尔比为5∶1,浸渍温度为50℃,浸渍时间为50 min,焙烧温度为170~190℃。透气性和除尘效率测试结果表明,负载催化剂不会显著破坏耐高温针刺过滤毡的固有性能,该工艺具有一定的可行性。 The technology of loading the Mn-Ce catalyzst onto three kinds of high temperature resistant needled filter felt through the impregnation method was introduced.The loading fastness and loading rate were used to characterize the loading effects on needled filter felt.The optimal process parameters for loading the Mn-Ce catalyzst onto high temperature resistant needled filter felt were obtained,which were Mn-Ce molar ratio at 5∶1,impregnation time at 50 min,and calcination temperature at 170~190℃.The air permeability and dust removal efficiency test results showed that the catalyzst loading process would not damage the inherent performance of the needled felt.The technology was feasible to some extent.
