摘要
以萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间为考察因素,以香茅精油收率为考察指标,采用单因素实验和响应面法对超临界CO_(2)萃取香茅精油的工艺条件进行优化。确定超临界CO_(2)萃取香茅精油的最优工艺条件为:萃取温度39℃、萃取压力26 MPa、萃取时间88 min,在此条件下,香茅精油的平均收率达到3.95%。
Using extraction temperature,extraction pressure,and extraction time as influence factors,and the yield of citronella essential oil as an index,we optimized the supercritical CO_(2) extraction process of citronella essential oil by single-factor experiments and response surface methodologies.The results show the average yield of citronella essential oil reaches 3.95%under the optimal extraction conditions as follows:the extraction temperature of 39℃,the extraction pressure of 26 MPa,and the extraction time of 88 min.
