The effect of decidual natural killer cells on the immune microenvironment of the maternalfetal interface in the first trimester

摘要 正常妊娠是一个极其复杂的生理过程。胎儿携有遗传自父系的人类淋巴细胞抗原(human lymphocyte antigen,HLA),作为半同种移植物却不被母体的免疫系统所排斥,说明妊娠期母-胎之间必然存在着复杂的免疫调控机制,以维持胎儿和胎盘正常生长发育。妊娠早期,母胎界面位于与胎儿胚胎外的组织直接接触的蜕膜上,其局部的免疫微环境由蜕膜中的免疫细胞及其分泌的细胞因子组成[1]。孕早期,子宫蜕膜组织中含有丰富的免疫细胞,其中蜕膜自然杀伤(decidual natural killer,dN K)细胞占到蜕膜总淋巴细胞的70%,在母胎界面免疫微环境和母胎免疫耐受建立中起到关键作用。本文主要就dN K细胞对母胎界面免疫微环境的影响进行综述。
