蒸汽管道是大型石化、钢厂等十分常见的一类管道,由于蒸汽管道的操作条件严苛,大多处于高温高压的环境中,一旦出现安全隐患问题就很容易导致危险事故发生。因此,企业的管理人员应重视压力管道的日常维护和定期检验工作,压力管道的检验人员更应当认真做好压力管道的定期检验,在检验中发现问题应及时告知企业,并提出合理可行的处理分析。本文将从蒸汽管道的定期检验必要性、管道的球墨化缺陷处理两个方面进行相关论述,以供参考。
