摘要 山东能源集团有限公司冲击地压矿井数量多、地域分布广、地质条件复杂,为解决冲击地压防治工作形势严峻的问题,新山东能源集团有限公司整合了兖州煤业与原山能防冲中心力量,建设了冲击地压大数据综合监管平台。首先分析了冲击地压大数据综合监管平台在建设过程中存在的问题,针对这些问题通过信息网络化、数据传输方式与数据采集手段、高并发与快速响应、数据存储与空间信息处理、分布式协同服务器、WebGIS的方法和技术进行了解决;分析了平台综合应用技术后的架构;从煤矿防冲资料的完整性监管、工作面邻近距离监管、煤矿防冲日报监管、煤矿综合冲击指数监管、煤矿监测系统运行状态监管、数据集成状态监管、监测异常与煤矿处置情况监管及其他监管功能8个方面对平台的功能进行了介绍;通过案例分析了平台的实际应用效果;最后总结了平台的优势与创新点。 Shandong Energy Group Co.,Ltd.has many rock burst mines with wide geographical distribution and complex geological conditions,in order to solve the severe situation of rock burst control,the new Shandong Energy Group Co.,Ltd.integrated the rock burst control centers of Yanzhou Coal Mining Co.,Ltd.and previous Shandong Energy Group and built a big data comprehensive supervision platform for rock burst.The problems in the construction process of big data comprehensive supervision platform for rock burst were analyzed and solved through the methods and technologies of information networking,data transmission mode and data collection means,high concurrency and rapid response,data storage and spatial information processing,distributed collaborative server and WebGIS;the architecture of the platform after comprehensively using application technology was analyzed;the monitoring and management functions of the platform from eight aspects were introduced,including the integrity of coal mine rock burst control data,the distance between working faces,the daily data of coal mine rock burst control,the coal mine comprehensive rock burst index,the running status of coal mine monitoring system,the data integration status,the monitored abnormality and coal mine disposal condition,and other monitoring and management function;the practical application effect of the platform was analyzed through a case and the advantages and innovations of the platform were summarized.
