Design and Anticorrosion of Buried Process Piping of Petrochemical Plant

地下工艺管道是石油化工装置中的重要组成部分。分别从管道埋深、安全距离、地下管线综合布置,管道应力等方面介绍地下工艺管道的布置要求。同时埋地管道防腐对地下管道的安全运行至关重要,对比分析了常用地下管道防腐涂料的优缺点、适用范围,供设计中参考选用。

Buried process pipeline is an important part of petrochemical plant. In this paper, the layout requirements of underground process pipeline were introduced from the aspects of buried depth, safety distance, comprehensive layout, pipeline stress, etc. At the same time, the anti-corrosion of buried pipeline is very important for the safe operation. The advantages and disadvantages, application scopes of common anti-corrosion coatings for underground pipelines were analyzed and compared, so as to provide reference for engineering design.
