Discussion on Influence of Design Quality on Site Construction and Production

近20年以来石油化工行业在世界上飞速发展,但由于化工企业这一特殊性,本身就蕴含了较大风险,因此必须严格监督规范石油化工工程的设计施工质量。着重对施工现场存在的典型设计质量问题进行了详细总结,对国内外部分事故进行分析,对国家石油化工产业的长期平稳发展提供了宝贵的参考经验。

In recent 20 years, petrochemical industry has developed rapidly in the world. However, due to the particularity of chemical enterprises, it contains great risks. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly supervise and standardize the design and construction quality of petrochemical engineering. In this paper, the typical design quality problems in the construction site were summarized, some accidents at home and abroad were analyzed, providing valuable reference experience for the long-term stable development of national petrochemical industry.
