含浅层气井稠油热采固井技术难点与对策 被引量:1

摘要 渤海湾旅大C油田地下稠油储量规模较大,其馆陶组西块是国内海上首个稠油规模化热采示范区块。针对该区块地质条件复杂、浅层气发育、地层承压弱且断层多、漏失严重、水泥石抗高温性能不足等一系列难题,采用颗粒级配技术,室内研究形成了满足抗350℃高温的热采水泥浆体系配方,经过配套的固井工艺优化措施,成功指导了旅大C油田10井次的现场施工作业,固井后测声幅质量平均合格率达到89.1%,有效封固了浅层气层,降低了漏失风险,保证了热采井固井质量。 The underground heavy oil reserves in Lvda C oilfield are large, and the west block of Guantao formation is the first large-scale thermal recovery demonstration block in China. In view of the complex geological conditions, shallow gas development, weak formation pressure and many faults, serious leakage and insufficient high temperature resistance of cement stone, a thermal recovery cement slurry system meeting the requirements of 350 ℃ high temperature resistance was formed through indoor research with particle grading technology. Through the relevant optimization measures of cementing process, the site construction work of 10 wells for Lvda C oilfield was successfully guided. After cementing, the average qualified rate of acoustic amplitude measurement is 89.1%, which effectively seals the shallow gas layer, reduces the risk of leakage and ensures the cementing quality of thermal recovery wells.
