摘要
介绍了镇海炼化分公司Ⅳ加氢和Ⅶ加氢装置采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的不同类型催化剂级配技术长周期稳定生产国Ⅴ和国Ⅵ柴油的运行情况。工业标定及长周期运行结果表明:Mo-Ni/Mo-Co不同类型催化剂级配体系具有良好的超深度脱硫活性及稳定性,催化剂体系的失活速率为每月0.3~0.7℃,只有上周期其他专利商催化剂的一半。Ⅳ加氢和Ⅶ加氢装置均可以长周期满负荷稳定生产国Ⅴ和国Ⅵ柴油,使镇海炼化分公司可以少开一套300万t·a^(-1)的加氢装置,有效降低了柴油质量升级的生产成本。
The operation condition of Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company IV hydrogenation and VII hydrogenation units using different types of catalyst grading technology developed by Sinopec Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals was introduced, as well as long-term stable production condition of National V and National VI diesel. Industrial calibration and long-term operation results show that different types of Mo-Ni/Mo-Co catalyst gradation systems have good ultra-deep desulfurization activity and stability, and the deactivation rate of the catalyst system is 0.3~0.7 ℃ per month, only half of other company catalysts. Both the IV hydrogenation and VII hydrogenation units can produce National V and National VI diesel at full load in a long period of time, so Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company shut a set of 3 Mt·a^(-1) hydrogenation unit, which effectively reduces the production cost of diesel quality upgrades.
