肠道作为全身免疫细胞富集的重要器官,肠道免疫微环境改变在结直肠癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。深入了解结直肠癌进程中肠道免疫微环境的变化是未来探索结直肠癌新型治疗策略的基础。三级淋巴结构(TLS)是近年发现的存在于结直肠癌周围的免疫细胞聚集结构,与次级淋巴器官(SLO)具有类似的表型和功能特征。越来越多的研究证据表明,三级淋巴结构与疾病进程、病人预后及辅助治疗疗效均存在显著相关性。

The intestine is an important organ enriched by systemic immune cells,and changes in the intestinal immune microenvironment play an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.Understanding the changes of intestinal immune microenvironment during the course of colorectal cancer is the basis for exploring new therapeutic strategies for colorectal cancer in the future.Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLS)are newly discovered immune cell aggregation structures around colorectal tumors.They have similar phenotypic and functional characteristics to secondary lymphoid organs(SLO).More and more research evidences show that there is a significant correlation between TLS and disease progression,patient prognosis,and adjuvant treatment efficacy.
